These terms apply to the SEYUN store, its related services and purchases made through it. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and account information

You must be legally able to make the purchase, use accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If you create an account, keep its access details secure. Do not impersonate another person or use their information without permission.

Product information and use

Product descriptions, availability and promotions may be updated for future orders. Colours and appearance may vary with screens, without excusing a material difference from the description. Follow the directions and warnings on your product packaging. Our cosmetics are intended for their stated cosmetic use. General website content is not personalised medical advice. Individual experiences may differ.

Order acceptance and cancellation

An automated order receipt acknowledges your order. Processing or shipment confirmation records its acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be completed, stock is unavailable, there is a material listing error or a reasonable concern about fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cancel. For changes or cancellation requests, email contact@seyunskin.com promptly with your order number.

Prices, payment and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the store and at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges collected by us are shown before you authorise payment. Future price changes do not change the price of an accepted order. Where an error affects your order, we will explain the available options rather than charging a higher amount without your agreement.

The selected offer and its contents are shown before payment. Bundle discounts and free gifts apply only under the conditions displayed for that offer. “Free” means the qualifying item or gift is included at no additional product charge; applicable delivery charges may still apply. Gifts have no separate cash refund value. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer allows it.

Delivery

Normal processing is 1–2 business days, with estimated standard delivery of 4–7 business days after dispatch, unless another timeframe is stated before purchase. Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $40 USD or more after discounts. Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, address changes and delivery issues. We remain responsible for the obligations that applicable law places on the seller.

Our 90-day guarantee and returns

If you are not happy with your SEYUN purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee. Opening or trying your product as directed does not by itself exclude you from the guarantee. Contact us before sending a return. Our Refund Policy explains return instructions, costs, bundles, refunds and faulty goods. Statutory cancellation rights and legal guarantees continue to apply.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully. Do not commit fraud, interfere with security, transmit malicious code, infringe others’ rights or collect information unlawfully. Store content is owned by its rights holders or used with permission. Commercial reproduction of protected material requires authorisation. We may restrict access to address unlawful conduct or security risks, without removing obligations concerning existing orders, refunds or privacy requests.

Reviews and submissions

Content you submit for publication must reflect your experience, respect others’ rights and disclose any relevant incentive or relationship. By submitting it for publication, you permit us to display and reproduce it in connection with the store, with reasonable formatting changes that preserve its meaning. Private support messages are not automatically public testimonials. Additional permission may be requested for other uses.

Shopify and other services

Shopify provides the commerce platform; it is not the seller of our products. Payment services and linked third-party websites may have separate terms and privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep store information accurate and address material errors reported to us. Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law relevant to your purchase.

Changes and disputes

Updates apply to future use of the store and do not retroactively remove rights from earlier purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where legally possible. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable rights to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction remain available. Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue; this does not prevent use of any available complaint or dispute-resolution procedure.
